I'm Paul Simari — a lifelong builder and marketer who lost nearly everything, started over in Prescott, and came back with one conviction: do honest work, put people first, and let the results take care of themselves.
I started in New York City advertising at 22 and spent four decades building things — I helped pioneer mobile billboards, vehicle wraps, and airport and event advertising, founded three ad agencies, and built and ran a national airport-parking platform online back when the internet was still new. If a surface could carry a message, I found a way to use it.
And when I wanted a home, I didn't just buy one — I built a 6,000 sq ft custom home from the ground up as my own general contractor, from demolition to move-in. Building is simply how I'm wired. (Read the build story →)
By every measure, I had it all — a family, thriving businesses, a beautiful home. And then, over 2013 and 2014, I lost nearly all of it. It was the most humbling season of my life.
For a long time I believed I had built my life myself. That season taught me how quickly everything can be taken — and, in the middle of the loss, I found a faith and a fresh start I'd never had before. I stopped building for the applause. I started over with gratitude, and with a very different sense of why I do any of this.
I came to Prescott in 2016, earned my real estate license in 2018, and remarried — my wife Reshel is the light of my life. And I began building again: a real estate practice, a short-term rental, and businesses run with today's AI tools. But this time it isn't about me. It's about providing for the people I love and genuinely helping the people I serve.
That's why I approach real estate the way I do — relationships over transactions, service over selling. I'd rather earn your trust and be your agent for life than win a quick deal. Do right by people, and the business takes care of itself.
"I don't see it as work. I see it as getting to the finished product — for you."
Relationships over profit, always. I'd rather serve you well for years than close you once.
Straight answers, including the downside. No hype, no pressure — just the truth so you can decide.
I lead with value — real help, real information — before I ever ask for anything in return.
Forty years in marketing and a custom home built with my own hands. I've done the hard version, so you don't have to.
"Paul is simply amazing — always available, and when an issue came up he put us and getting the property ahead of his own needs. We're continuing to work with him even after our purchase. I would go with Paul over anyone else."
"Paul did an absolutely great job for us. He was on top of things at all times and followed through exactly the way he said he would. We interviewed other realtors first — we're very happy we chose Prescott Paul."
"A true professional who stays actively engaged with all partners throughout the entire escrow. He's attentive to his clients and makes sure their needs are handled in a timely manner. It is always a pleasure to work with Paul."
"We consistently felt a sense of trust and confidence, secure in the knowledge that he always upheld our best interests. Professional, strong, direct and kind."
Buying, selling, or building in the Prescott area — I'd be honored to help, and to earn your trust.
